For a recent project, we were tasked with finding an economical, nonintrusive solution to disguise a series of deep nicks resulting from repeated bumps into a desk over time. A thin strip of leather, attractively placed with a decorative tack, not only covers the scratches but also adds a bit more comfort for arm-resting.
