This design won First Place in the 6th Concorso International held in Italy, 1961. The Sergio Rodrigues Mole chair is part of the MOMA Permanent Collection. This chair offers phenomenal design elements and amazing comfort.
This particular pair is in good condition. The frames are structurally sound and the leather straps are very supportive. The leather of the darker chair has been painted with a leather paint to create a rugged patina (done by previous owner). There are also a few rosewood buttons missing along the leather straps. The leather is slightly worn on the tan chair. Chairs are sold individually.
