This 8 to 12 seat dining table is casual, yet elegant. The base is 2″-3″ thick solid walnut and built to last, with superb joinery throughout. The top is heavy zinc sheet bonded with aerospace epoxy to a wood core. The zinc is hand hammered to achieve a nearly seamless, smooth, sensual surface. The base and top are joined with four massive mortise and tenon joints, and threaded bolts. Each Ketcham Table is crafted by hand by Scott Stewart and takes over 200 hrs to complete.
Scott Stewart has shown in some of the country’s biggest and most prestigious fine furniture shows and museums. His work has become highly collected and coveted over the past few years and is continuing to rise.
The Ketcham Table is available in 7′, 10′, and 12′ models. Each Ketcham Table is built to order.
